Virtual Visit & Video Chat

Free

An approximately 15-30 minute video call via Google Meet, FaceTime, or Zoom.

This is a chance for us to get acquainted and for you to share more about your pet(s), their routine, and the type of care you’re looking for. It’s a comfortable, no-pressure way to start the conversation and ensure we’re a good fit before moving forward.

In Person Consultation

$75

An approximately 1-hour visit at your home to meet you and your pets, walk through your routine, and ensure everyone is comfortable. Prior to this visit, you’ll complete a set of forms about your pet(s) and home care needs. During the consultation, we’ll review that information together, go over any questions or concerns, and confirm that we’re a good fit. This step ensures I have a thorough understanding of your expectations and your pet’s unique care requirements.

Confidence & Connection Visit

30 Min Visit - $30

45 Min Visit - $45

Booked in 30- or 45-minute sessions, these casual visits are ideal for pets who are shy, reactive, or need a little extra time to build trust. Whether it’s a short walk, backyard hangout, or quiet indoor time, these visits give your pet the chance to get familiar with the pet care specialist in a relaxed, positive setting. They help reduce stress, strengthen the bond, and ensure your pet feels safe and confident before their scheduled care begins.

Return & Reconnect Visit

$25

If it’s been more than 6 months since your last booking, a Return & Reconnect Visit is required to re-establish familiarity and ensure your pet is still comfortable with their pet care specialist. This approximately 30-minute visit helps refresh routines, address any changes in your pet’s needs or behavior, and rebuild connection in a calm, familiar way—setting everyone up for a smooth, successful service.

This approximately 30-minute visit is recommended if it’s been more than 1 month—but less than 6 months—since the pet care specialist last saw your pet in person. This visit may also be used to pick up keys, review updates to your pet’s routine, or reconnect with your pet before your trip begins.
