Meet & Greet
Terms & Conditions

Before scheduled services can begin, all new clients will need to complete the below listed forms before the first in person meet & greet.

  1. Pet Emergency Form

  2. Dog/Cat Profile Form

  3. Client Profile Form

In person Meet & Greets are essential for me to get acquainted with you and your pets, the surroundings, and evaluate your pet's behavior and schedule.  Should your pet experience any form of anxiety, it is recommended that at least 2-3 in person meet and greets are scheduled prior to your start date.  You can expect each meeting to be anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes.

I will make sure your pet is comfortable with me and you can tell me the specifics of your pet's routine.  You can show me around your home and I will go over necessary client and pet information completed on the above mentioned forms as well as record any additional detailed information about caring for your pets and your home.

The step-by-step process is outlined on my FAQ page.

Should your pet continue to show high anxiety, stress, or aggression during any of the in person meet & greets, it will be suggested that alternate care arrangements be made.  I will gladly assist with finding the right person or boarding facility that would best fit your pet.

DISCLAIMER:  If a DOVI pet care provider is harmed or injured by a client's pet, the client/owner accepts full responsibility for the cost of any necessary medical attention required by the DOVI pet care provider.
