We know your pet is a member of your family and that his or her happiness is about more than just food, water, and playtime - it's about love, companionship and understanding the personality and temperament of every pet we meet.  We look forward to making your pet part of the DOVI family so that you can rest easy knowing that the pet(s) you love are getting the affection and care they deserve, even when you can't be there.

When you reach out to DOVI for the first time, we will arrange a series of FREE Meet & Greets to:

• Get acquainted with you and your pet(s), the home surroundings and to evaluate your pet's behavior and schedule.

• Build a relationship with our clients and their pet(s).

• Go over necessary client and pet information completed through our online portal.

• Record any additional detailed information about caring for your pet(s) and your home, if necessary.
