IN MEMORIAM

On Friday, October 14, 2022 we said goodbye to our little Koru.  I lovingly referred to her as our PUGLORD because she wasn't our dog, Koru lived in the downstairs suite with our landlords and her fur sisters Milly (a fawn pug) and Gertie (a black cat).  Koru definitely took advantage of her role as a puglord, and our love for pugs, because every morning she would scratch at the back door until we let her in and gave her snackies.  For such a tiny pug she was bossy and full of vigor.  Koru's favorite activities were watching out the window and losing her mind when she saw another animal outside, watching TV and losing her mind when she saw another animal on the screen, and staring at you while you ate hoping that you would share the yumminess with her.  Koru's least favorite activities were going for walks, doing her business outside (she HATED the grass), and getting her nails clipped.  The one thing that Koru was great at was taking naps which she took a lot of with my mom.  Our furry friends are never on the Earth long enough even if they are 14!  The house is quite without our little Koru kicking up a fuss and we miss her so much but we are all grateful for the time we each got to spend with her.  RIP Sweet Girl.
